The renovation of shopping mall Picassopassage is going steadily. The renovation at the Stationsplein area is almost finalized. In this phase the creation of a new entrance, a new retail area and a completely new elevation takes place. Additionally to these alterations, the fire safety of parking garage has been improved.<\/p>\n

After completion of the Stationsplein Area, the renovation of the second entrance will start. This entrance is situated at the recently upgraded square Pier Panderplein. This square has been completely transformed in the past few months. By removing the old covering at this entrance in combination with the renewal of the Pier Panderplein the quality of the outdoor space in front of the entrance has been greatly enhanced.<\/p>\n

The final stage of the renovation of the Picassopassage will entail an upgrade of all the shopfronts and retail signage.<\/p>\n

The renovation is expected to be finalized at the end of October 2019.<\/p>\n
