Participation evening for Helmond Piet Blom Plein
Together with developer Provast & ARC Real Estate Partners and the Municipality of Helmond, we showed during a walk-in evening what we plan to do with Piet Blomplein from the beginning of 2027. There will be around 310 homes and also 215 extra parking spaces in the expanded garage with a new entrance on Torenstraat. On the ground floor, around 1,000 square metres of space will be available for commercial spaces and amenities, such as a supermarket. The area will be car-free and the Burgemeester Geukerspark will extend to the square. This will create a nice, intimate square where the cube houses will stand out well.
