TconcepT has won the tender for the design for the redevelopment of the Megastores in The Hague. At the beginning of this year, Amvest and COD bought the Megastores. The development consortium wants to create a mixed area while retaining the retail function. It is too early to reveal the plan. First, together with the owners, we will discuss our ideas with the municipality and tenants.
